BUAFL Southern Conference Final 2008/09 – TRAILER “To The Bowl”

“To The Bowl” The Birmingham Lions host the Southampton Stags in what was anticipated to be one of the most competitive games in BUAFL history. The two Southern teams always put on a show. The Lions boasting great offensive firepower matched up with the Stags tight defence. In what was a truly great game and a testament to British University American Football, myself and a small crew covered the game and a final feature length documentary is currently in production and will be commissioned and available to purchase.

A very well done video. Having grown up with American football and spent a summer reffing gridirion in Ireland, it’s always fun to see the sport gaining popularity beyond the US.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes the project is still happening, capturing one or two more interviews to support the piece and then it’s good to go. Will be finished and partly published by the end of September 09. Thanks for your interest, watch this space.
